With the continuous advancement of the times, the form and content of the school’s management are constantly changing, but as a logistics support service, it is the eternal duty of general affairs.


According to the Properties and Function of the general affairs work, the General Affairs Office has four administrative units with the following core businesses:

GENERAL SERVICES DIVISION

The core mission of the “ General Services Division” is to provide a warm and friendly campus environment, safe and hygienic activity venues, and prompt and reliable support to university teaching and administration through “personnel management” and “support services”.

Its functions are wide and varied, including venue rental, cleaning and greening of the campus, classifying and recycling wastes, university parking management and traffic planning, etc., so the business is categorized as follows: welfare fund management, campus safety management, environmental sanitation management, campus vehicle management, facility leasing management, item loan management, and service support management.

FACILITIES & CAMPUS MAINTENANCE DIVISION

The core mission of the “Facilities & Campus Maintenance Division” is to provide a high-quality campus environment, healthy living space and a complete livelihood support system through “professional competence” and “management mechanism”.

During the life cycle of a building or a public facility, from planning, design and construction, to maintenance and management and finally its demolition, this Division enlists outside contractors to undertake the work. Its comprehensive business is as follows: campus construction, school building construction, facility repair, space renovation, and equipment renewal. In addition, we also implement barrier-free environment and green campus construction programs.

PROCUREMENT & PROPERTY DIVISION

The core mission of the “Procurement & Property Division” is to provide high-performance facilities and durable facilities for teaching, research and administration throughout the University through the “Reasonable Procurement” process and the “Effective Custody” mechanism.

Among them, the Procurement Section is responsible for providing procurement services for all units on campus., including public bidding for procurement contracts and acceptance, electronic order placing, applying for loans, settlement of exchange, tariff free imports and customs clearance for buying imported goods.

In addition, Property Management Section is responsible for the management of university real estate, buildings and properties, movable property management, rental of gowns, etc.

CASHIER’s OFFICE

The core mission of the “Cashier’s Office ” is to improve the efficiency and service quality of cashier management through “legal and reasonable” procedures and the “cashier management” system, accelerate the payment of public funds, ensure the safety of public funds, and thus maintain the normal operation of school finances.

This Division provides a wide range of monetary services in receiving, issuing, paying, transferring, safeguarding of cash, checks, valuable papers, tuition and miscellaneous, and other deposit goods. Its comprehensive business is as follows: cash receipt and payment planning and management, financial account management, securities management, payroll transfer, remittance business, income tax declaration.

In the future, we will still take service management as our responsibility, integrate business as the basis, and take organizational effectiveness as the goal.

Towards proactive and professional management, improve service quality, give full support to all administrative departments of the school, play an extremely important role in logistics support, and serve the whole school teachers and students team.
